We’re thrilled to share with you a very rare, behind-the-scenes look at our factory! This episode of How It’s Made aired August 3rd, and features members of the Loring team demonstrating all the steps of our manufacturing process. To walk through our Northern California factory in-person, schedule a demo ─ otherwise check out this two-part episode below.
In part one, learn about the laser cutting of our stainless steel parts, and the manufacturing and installation of the paddle and heat shield. You’ll also get a glimpse of how the cooling tray and tryer are made.
In part two, watch the roaster come together as our team installs the cooling tray, circulation fan, cyclone and s-duct. The electrical department assembles the control panel, then the roaster is ready for testing before being shipped.
